FOSSIL watches are warranted by Fossil for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The Fossil warranty covers material and manufacturing defects.
During the warranty period the watch movement, hands and dial are the only components covered under this warranty. These will be repaired or the watch will be replaced free of repair charges, if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.
In case of replacement, Fossil cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model watch. If your model is not available, a watch of equal value and similar style will be provided. The warranty for the replacement watch ends two years from the date the replacement watch is received.
The warranty does not cover:
Any defects in materials and workmanship of battery, crystal, case, strap or bracelet
Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents or normal wear and tear
Water damage unless marked water-resistant
This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in material or workmanship.
Turn around time for service watches:

At this time, Fossil will repair or replace damaged leather products, if the conditions of this warranty are met.

Terms and conditions of WARRANTY SKAGEN watches are warranted by SKAGEN for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The SKAGEN warranty covers material and manufacturing defects.
During the warranty period the watch movement, hands and dial are the only components covered under this warranty. These will be repaired or the watch will be replaced free of repair charges, if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.
In case of replacement, SKAGEN cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model watch. If your model is not available, a watch of equal value and similar style will be provided. The warranty for the replacement watch ends two years from the date the replacement watch is received.

THE FOSSIL GROUP 9-POINT SERVICE PROMISE
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. To ensure that we meet these expectations, here is our 9-point service promise:
1. TWO YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY Your watch carries a two-year limited warranty. During this period, if a watch proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Note that the watch movement, hands and dial are the only components covered under this warranty.

2. FREE REPLACEMENT We take great care in watch manufacture, and a watch goes through several quality checks before it reaches you. However, the odd one does creep through. If there is a manufacturing defect discovered within 30 days of your purchase we will replace the watch, with no questions asked. This does not apply to the battery (where a free battery change service will be provided as per (4) below).
3. SIX MONTH GOODWILL GUARANTEE Rose gold watches are particularly delicate, and the Indian climate can be harsher than in some other countries. So, as a measure of goodwill, if you find any discoloration on the strap, bracelet or case of your rose gold watch within 6 months from the date of your purchase, we will replace these parts free of charge.
4. TWELVE MONTH GOODWILL BATTERY GUARANTEE If your watch needs a battery replacement within 12 months of your purchase, , we will replace it free of charge!
5. FOUR WEEK SERVICE PROMISE Many of our watch components are imported, and this can take time. However, we have a crack team working on this, and we promise to repair your watch within 4 weeks of it reaching us at our India service Centre at Bangalore. If we can’t fix it for any reason, we’ll offer you a replacement watch as per our replacement policy (below).
6. IF WE CAN’T FIX IT, WE WILL REPLACE IT If your watch is within warranty and we cannot fix it for any reason, we’ll give you a full refund credit to buy a new watch of the same value. After the warranty period, if we cannot fix your watch, we’ll give you 50% on the value of old watch value as a credit to buy a new watch.
7. SIX MONTH WARRANTY FOR SERVICE We are confident of our world-class watch service facility, and we provide you a warranty of six months from the date of repair.
8. FREE BUFFING AND CLEANING We thoroughly clean all watches that come to us for repair, using state-of-the-art machines. We even buff and polish stainless steel watches, to make them look fresh and almost new. This service if provided free of charge to you!
9. FREE DOOR STEP PICK-UP & DELIVERY For your convenience, we offer a free-of-charge service for door step step pick-up & delivery to most corners of India.

Invicta Warranty FAQs
1. How do I register for my extended Invicta Watch Warranty?
All Invicta Warranties (Reserve and non-Reserve) will now have a standard three-year warranty, free of charge. Online registration is no longer available on Invicta's website. Your invoice confirms you purchased your Invicta watch from Evine and a copy is required when requesting warranty service. If you have misplaced your invoice, you can easily print a copy from www.evine.com by accessing 'My Account' and locating the order under 'Order History'. From here, click on the Order Details button and then Invoice Reprint.
2. Did Invicta's warranty coverage change recently? Yes, Invicta's warranty terms changed once in 2016 and again in 2017. The coverage types are as follows:
Watches purchased prior to November 1, 2016 featured a 1 year warranty with an option to upgrade to 5 years if registered on Invicta's website within 30 days of purchase. Reserve watches received an automatic 5-year upgrade and did not require registration.
Watches purchased between November 1, 2016 and May 17, 2017 received an automatic 5-year warranty for all Invicta watch collections. No registration required.
Watches purchased after May 17, 2017 receive an automatic 3-year warranty for all Invicta watch collections. No registration required.

4. How does the warranty work? If your watch requires servicing, ship your watch without the Invicta packaging, to Invicta's service center. Customers are encouraged to ship their watch insured to Invicta along with a copy of your Evine invoice. A check or money order for $28 should also be included for insured return shipping. My wife purchased a new Citizen's Eco Drive watch for me for Father's Day in mid-June 2011. It was purchased from an Ebay dealer who noted in the Ebay listing that the watch came with a 5-year warranty. The dealer has feedback in the thousands and lists page after page of Citizen watches. Soon after delivery, the 'seconds' hand on the watch came off and was free floating around. There was no abuse, mishandling, impacts of any kind. The hand simply came off. After a few more days, the seconds hand became trapped between the 'hours' and 'minute' hands and stopped working altogether. The watch was shipped to the nearest repair facility in Torrance, CA. By email, I received an email stating that the repair would cost around $80, just slightly less than the cost of the watch. After protesting by return email, I was contacted by a Citizen rep who offered to reduce the repair cost to around $39. She admitted that there was no abuse to the watch and that the watch was a legitimate watch with a Citizen serial number. But the rep said that Citizen does not provide any warranty any watches sold on Ebay because no sellers there are 'authorized' Citizen dealers. I asked if Citizen knows the original retailer to whom the watch was sold and she replied that they keep no records of sale by serial number, so the original retailer could not be identified. I asked if Citizen was aware that hundreds if not thousands of their watches were being sold on Ebay and whether the company has notified Ebay to halt such sales as unauthorized and advise purchasers that no warranty would apply. She replied 'no' but said there was no way they could prevent Ebay sales of their watches. I asked if they had taken any steps to identify the original buyers who are 'reselling' their watches for reselling to the public. She did not know of any. Bottom line is that a new Citizen watch was purchased that was defective and Citizen refuses to honor. I told the rep that I would file a small claim action against the company, write a 'ripoff' report online, and basically warn the unwary that the company does not stand behind their product. What if you get a watch as a gift and don't know who the seller is? Who knows. My family has purchased 5 Citizen's watches before. No more!
